Founding & First Workshop
Liberfitting established in Ningbo Fenghua. First CNC lathes installed. Focus on straight hydraulic adapters for domestic OEM customers.
ISO 9001 Certification & Export Launch
Achieved ISO 9001 certification. Began exporting to European distributors. Introduced stainless steel SS304/SS316 product lines to address corrosion-critical markets.
5-Workshop Manufacturing Union

Advanced Surface Treatment & CE/TUV
Launched zinc-nickel plating line (700+ h salt spray). Achieved CE and TUV certifications. Expanded into US and Brazilian markets. SGS test reports made available on request.

Small Hose Couplings
Precision couplings for small-bore hydraulic hose assemblies. High-volume, tight-tolerance production.
Big Hose Couplings
Large-bore couplings for heavy-duty hydraulic systems. Engineered for high-pressure durability.
Hose Ferrules
Crimping ferrules in carbon and stainless steel. Sizes from 1/8" to 3". High-volume, rapid dispatch.
Straight Adapters
BSP, NPT, JIC, ORFS and metric straight adapters. Full thread-form inspection on every batch.
Elbow & Tee Adapters
45°/90° elbows and tee configurations. Complex geometry, weld-free one-piece blanks, zero-crack guarantee.
Each supervisor owns quality for their workshop. In-process self-inspection, supervisor patrol checks, and finished goods sampling create three independent quality gates -- before any product reaches our central QC lab or your loading dock.

We source electric furnace steel exclusively -- one-piece, weld-free blanks that eliminate micro-crack risk and ensure high-pressure durability. Material traceability is maintained from mill cert to finished component.
End-to-end capability from custom design and sampling through to mass production. Surface treatments are selected to match the corrosion and pressure demands of your application.
Independently verified quality across three major certification bodies. SGS test reports available on request. Full lot-level traceability for oil & gas and major OEM audits.
